Lil Wayne - Sorry 4 The Wait 2 (Mixtape) by Alex Young

Lil Wayne's The Carter V has been held in limbo ever since it got its first release date of May 5, 2014. Then May 5 turned into October 28, 2014. Well, its 2015 and The Carter V still has yet to see the light of day, and you can charge this to the drama between Birdman's parent company Cash Money restricting Weezy's Young Money label from releasing the fifth Carter installment. As frustrating as the whole ordeal is for Wayne's fans, the New Orleans rapper remedies it with a new mixtape, Sorry 4 The Wait 2. The 17 track project features a beavy of remixes such as Beyoncé's famed "Drunk In Love", Dej Loaf "Try Me", the too popular "Hot N*gga" from Bobby Shmurda, and more. OVO's lead man and Young Money running mate Drake adds a bright spot as he and Lil Wayne combine for a new track, "Used To". Lil Wayne, apology accepted. Sorry 4 The Wait 2's entire tracklist is available below and for download here. Stay tuned as The Carter V is coming... when is the question.

Majid Jordan - Forever (Music Video) by Alex Young

OVO members Majid Al Maskati and Jordan Ullman make up Majid Jordan, a production duo who released their A Place Like This - EP back in July. Two days ago the music video for the song "Forever" released. The song may have flown under the radar or gone unnoticed by our readers, but the music video should not. The Common Good directed clip showcases the funky rhythmic Majid Jordan track with smooth choreography from a hip male dancer who moves from a church, to a laundromat, to a rooftop, and more backgrounds. Dance along as you enjoy the video below.

BAIT x adidas EQT Running Support "The Big Apple" by Alex Young

Footwear behemoth, BAIT steps to the plate to present its first collaboration with German sportswear giant adidas using the EQT Running Support as their canvas. The 1993 trainer of sorts is dubbed "The Big Apple" here because the sneaker "celebrates the nexus of creative expression: New York City". This unique quality of NYC is expressed in the EQT's frost mint and viridian green colorway drawn from the Statue of Liberty's aged copper, along with the hits of Apple red that accentuate the shoe combining so that all four sides of the shoe are different. Meanwhile, the New York color scheme adorns premium nubuck leather alternates between smooth, perforated, and micro perforations along premium boxed leather treatments. Detailing occurs on the black and red splatter EVA midsole, and the "SUPERIOR" lacelocks represents BAIT's motto, "Superior Quality Goods." Each pair receives three lace options: black, Apple red, and frost mint. Purchase the BAIT x adidas EQT Running Support "The Big Apple" on Saturday, January 31 for $160 at all four BAIT locations, the fourth of which is BAIT Seattle opening on January 31. If you are not located in Diamond Bar, Orange County, Los Angeles, or Seattle, there will be a raffle for an opportunity to purchase "The Big Apple" online. Register here.

Happy With Me- Holychild (Cautious Clay remix) by Maxwell Young

A Proper Vibes artist, shows in New York, and acclaim from influential DJs such as Phil Taggart of BBC Radio 1.  These are just a few of the accomplishments Washington, DC based DJ, Cautious Clay, has added to his resume.  Coming off the heels of a busy weekend performing in New York with Brooklyn natives, GRUMBY, Cautious Clay returns to the turn-table as he debuts his remix to "Happy With Me" by Holychild.  Toying with the recognizable vocals, Clay has created yet another sonically dynamic remix that evokes the trippy yet jazzy vibes we have come to love.  If you have not yet familiarized yourself with Clay's work, head over to his SoundCloud and check out his Facebook page for news and updates.  The "Happy With Me" remix is now available to stream below.
