Jay Prince - BeFor Our Time (EP) by Alex Young

I, along with the rest of InTheRough staff and friends, have definitely found a soft spot for UK rappers, thank you Loyle Carner. So when scrolling through Instagram I came across a post from SXSW that included the words "Jay Prince", "East London", and "hip-hop". I was sold. I explored further hitting said London rapper, Jay Prince's SoundCloud and noticed he in fact was not a new discovery to me as I had previously heard his song "Polaroids" released in the summer. This "rediscovery" of Jay Prince comes with a gift, BeFor Our Time, the artists latest EP. Much like Loyle Carner's A Little Late, Prince's project delivers a "London chill" with its mellow vibes, not to mention its impressiveness overall. You can find the East London rapper producer at SXSW 2015 and his EP at beforourtime.com.

Alexander Wang Furniture Collection by Maxwell Young

These days, it seems as though Alexander Wang has his hand in ever facet of design.  From the head of Balenciaga to his quirky Objects collection, Wang is not limited by the parameters of fashion design.  Cognizant of both luxury and street style, Wang has expanded upon his design interests with his first collection of furniture pieces.  The project includes a brass-footed beanbag chair in black shearling or leather and a bar cabinet with brass shelving.  If you're in the market for any furniture, the collection will be available in stores this February.

Nike Air Footscape Magista by Alex Young

Nike's premier innovators make up NikeLab, "Innovation x Innovators". The advanced creatives have infused the twenty year-old Air Footscape with the modern Magista soccer cleat, creating the Nike Air Footscape Magista. Working from the sole up, this reimagined sneaker features Air Footscape Freemotion tooling that mimics the natural shape of the foot, while the athlete's natural range of motion stays in tact. Nike also notes, "An encapsulated Air-Sole unit in the heel provides added cushioning." NIKESKIN, which appears on the Magista boot, is replaced with a Flyknit upper increasing breathability, stretch, and support, much like a sock. The Footscape Magista's heel counter is crafted leather, taking a direct cue from the cleat. This lifestyle shoe is tied together by the Swoosh that is constructed with a tonal, protective film supplying additional texture to the Nike Air Footscape Magista's Flyknit makeup. Purchase yours January 22 at NikeLab and select Lab locations worldwide. Hit their Instagram for more images.

Quiet Life "Mountain Pack" by Alex Young

For some the mountains are safe havens that offer relaxation and serenity. For Quiet Life the mountains offer inspiration as the Los Angeles based brand marks 2015 with its first project, the limited release "Mountain Pack". The six piece collection executes its Great Outdoors theme on a long sleeve shirt, short sleeve tees, a 5-panel hat crafted from a limited supply of deadstock fabric, a compass with carrying case, and a leather keychain that includes a bottle opener. Only 100 5-panels and 40 compasses were created for the limited collection. In typical Quiet Life fashion, the brand employed one of their favorite photographers, Alana Paterson, to shoot the "Mountain Pack" lookbook just outside of Vancouver, Canada on the Hurley Forest Service Road. The "Mountain Pack" will be available only at 20 shops globally and on QL's online store beginning January 22nd at 8am PST.

Lebron James Launching Game Show by Maxwell Young

Lebron James will go down in NBA history as one of the most iconic players.  While his 'Jack of all trades' style of play, championship rings, and overall dominance of course warrant such declaration, it is arguable that King James' lasting impression on the NBA will be due to his business acumen.

Lebron James, the man who virtually gained complete control over basketball operations for the Cleveland Cavaliers while simultaneously repairing his image with a beautiful homecoming message, is now set to venture off into the game show business.  James' SpringHill Productions, which is managed by business partner and best friend Maverick Carter, is collaborating with NBC to create a prime-time game show that could offer seven-figure payouts.  Although the game show has no name or air date, Lebron has requested that the show do its first casting in the Cleveland and Akron areas.

"It gives people here an opportunity to live out a dream, the things they only dreamed about, and that's to make more money than they ever thought they could make in their lives," James said Wednesday. "So it's a life-changing experience if they get an opportunity to be selected, and I thought starting here, with the people that I love here, means a lot to them. And me being a part of the game show is just all part of my team doing things that's outside the box but also that's fun for families and people that any ages can gravitate to."

Outside of this game show endeavor, Lebron James' production company is currently involved in "Survivor's Remorse" airing on Starz and "Becoming" on Disney XD.  With a business portfolio that ranges from endorsement deals to a clothing store to entertainment, there is no telling how much King James can accomplish.
