Taylor Gang representative Ty Dolla $ign prepares to release his second studio album, Free TC, which follows his impressive Beach House EP debut. In spirit of promotion the Los Angeles crooner pairs with Compton native and Grammy-nominated songwriting duo BLAQTUXEDO (formerly known as D&D) for a soulful single titled "L.A."
